Design and support contact-center data pipelines, integrations and analytics supporting reporting, journeys and operational insights.
Build pipelines from Cisco/IVR/recording/CRM; develop models/transformations; ensure data quality; integrate APIs/databases/cloud; support dashboards/KPIs/AI use cases.
SQL; Python; ETL/ELT; APIs; data modeling; cloud/data platforms; contact-center datasets; BI desirable.
