Introduction
The Tax Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Tax, will play a critical role within the Global Tax organization by leading all tax-related aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration activities. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities into GlobalFoundries' tax operations, processes, systems, compliance framework,



and reporting environment. The successful candidate will partner with internal tax teams, finance stakeholders, and external advisors to drive operational excellence, support strategic transactions, and advance tax transformation initiatives through automation, digitization, and continuous process improvement.

Your Job
- Lead all tax aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration activities within the global tax function.
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax integration plans for newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the seamless consolidation of tax processes, systems, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations into the parent organization with minimal operational disruption.
