Aisha Rao Couture is looking for a energetic Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead digital expansion through strategic, data-driven advertising on platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and additional paid channels. This position demands a deep grasp of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) dynamics, precise performance analytics, and the nuances of luxury consumer behavior. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive funnel campaigns, manage budget allocation effectively, and partner closely with creative and Shopify teams to uphold brand consistency and maximize conversion rates.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Management: Design, launch, and refine advertising initiatives across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and audience networks. Develop full-funnel D2C approaches covering awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, while specifically executing WhatsApp CTWA and Website Purchase campaigns. Oversee budget pacing, bid management, and campaign architecture to meet target ROAS and CAC goals.
- Analytics and Optimization:



Establish and maintain robust tracking infrastructure, including pixels, UTM parameters, GA4 configurations, and Google Tag Manager events. Perform daily performance reviews to derive actionable insights on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and attribution. Execute A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify high-performing segments and scale successful initiatives without compromising brand integrity.
- Funnel and Platform Integration: Partner with Shopify and web development teams to enhance landing page performance, load speeds, and conversion potential. Evaluate the user journey from initial ad click to final checkout to recommend funnel optimizations. Leverage an understanding of luxury customer paths to refine audience targeting strategies.
