We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise to identify, attract, and engage top talent.



The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, with a strong focus on proactive talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Networking
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Use Boolean search techniques and data mining to identify quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Coordination
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates for role suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct initial outreach, send recruiting emails, and follow up with candidates.

Talent Engagement
- Generate referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
