Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst to drive end-to-end implementation activities for enterprise SaaS healthcare solutions.



The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, hands-on experience implementing SaaS products, and the ability to work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation activities across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations.
- Configure product modules based on client workflows and operational requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post go-live phases.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless implementations.
- Identify implementation risks, proactively resolve issues, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
