Accountabilities:

- Maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities, customer information, and relevant activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve renewal-related questions and ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow up on accounts to support customer retention.
- Contribute to an efficient and customer-focused renewal process by maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Experience in renewals, customer success, account management, sales operations, or a related customer-facing function.
