About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will support international customers through voice interactions, helping them with service-related inquiries and issue resolution. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about customer service, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build a career in a global organization. Success in this role will be measured through customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and adherence to operational standards. You will receive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within FIS.
What You Will Be Doing




- Handle customer interactions through voice channels in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with service inquiries, account-related requests, and general support needs
- Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality and productivity goals
- Understand customer concerns, identify solutions, and escalate issues when required
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in business systems
- Communicate information clearly and effectively to customers across diverse backgrounds
- Follow defined processes, compliance requirements, and service-level commitments
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members, participate in training programs, and continuously develop current skills
