About the Role

We are looking for a Tail Spend Procurement skilled to manage low-value, high-volume and routine procurement requirements across IT and corporate functions. The role will be responsible for sourcing, vendor coordination, commercial negotiations, procurement operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings and spend consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tail Spend Sourcing & Procurement
- Manage low-value, high-volume and routine procurement requirements from approved request through sourcing recommendation.
- Float RFQs, obtain competitive quotations, prepare commercial comparison statements and conduct routine negotiations.
- Validate specifications, quantities, delivery timelines and commercial terms with requestors and suppliers.
- Ensure appropriate approvals, documentation and compliance with procurement SOPs and delegation of authority.
- Identify recurring purchases that can be consolidated through preferred suppliers, catalogues or rate contracts.

2. IT Tail Spend Procurement
- Manage routine procurement of IT peripherals,



monitors, printers, consumables, accessories, spare parts and small audio-video equipment.
- Handle low-value software, support, warranty, subscription and licence renewals within the assigned scope.
- Coordinate with IT stakeholders to understand complete specifications and ensure accurate procurement.
- Escalate strategic, high-value, complex or high-risk IT requirements to the relevant category or central procurement team.

3. Corporate Procurement – Kurla Office
- Manage low-value procurement requirements raised by corporate functions at the Kurla office.
- Handle routine categories such as office and administration supplies, printing, branding collateral, employee engagement, training support, subscriptions and memberships.
- Support routine facility-related, meeting, event and other corporate-office purchases within the delegated scope.
