What You Will Do
- Build & Scale: Establish and grow the commercial operations business, beginning with Life Sciences and expanding into adjacent industries.
- Champion Technology: Leverage advanced commercial platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud [SFMC], Veeva, Agility) and other industry‑leading tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Cross‑Industry Learning: Extrapolate insights from one sector to another, ensuring solutions are adaptable and scalable.




- Simplify Complexity: Dissect complex commercial challenges and design technology‑based solutions that are practical, measurable, and transformative.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Drive change by questioning existing models and introducing bold, technology‑driven approaches.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with leadership across technology and medical businesses to align commercial initiatives with organizational vision.
- Lead with Agility: Build and guide a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and rapid iteration.

Who You Are
- Experience: 10+ years in commercial operations leadership roles, with a proven track record of building scalable business models.
- Technology Depth: Hands‑on expertise with platforms such as SFMC, Veeva, Agility, HubSpot, Oracle CX, SAP Customer Experience, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
