Job Overview:
As the Unity 3D/Unreal Game Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of game developers to create high-quality, visually stunning, and captivating gaming experiences. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to launch. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of game developers in the design, development, and optimization of Unity 3D/Unreal game projects across various platforms (PC, console, mobile)
- Define and enforce game development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of game projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, producers,



and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet game design objectives and player expectations.
- Lead the design and implementation of game mechanics, features, and systems, ensuring alignment with game design goals and technical feasibility
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay current with emerging game development technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
- Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, project managers, artists, and stakeholders, communicating technical requirements and providing updates on project progress
