This role is part of a global Security Skilled Services team supporting customers throughout the security solution lifecycle.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner, helping customers integrate security solutions and develop strategies aligned with security best practices.
The position combines hands-on technical problem solving with customer consulting, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work across networking, application security, internet technologies, and web architecture to address complex customer requirements.
The role offers opportunities to influence technical decisions, improve service quality, and contribute to internal best practices.
You’ll collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product, Presales, and Sales teams to resolve technical and business challenges.
Success requires strong technical judgment, customer engagement skills,



and the ability to manage complex projects from planning through successful delivery.
