About the Role
Consultants at Charles River Development (CRD) serve as subject‑matter experts in the implementation and upgrade of the Investment Management Solutions Application. This role is critical to ensuring successful client onboarding, solution configuration, testing, training, and go‑live readiness.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust Investment Management Solutions and Technology solutions, while providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Consultants are expected to develop a solid understanding of the overall Investment Management Solutions and Technology platform, with foundational proficiency in Investment Management Solutions and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Investment Management Solutions and Technology within implementation and upgrade projects.
- Analyze, validate, and document client business and technical requirements, providing product expertise and recommendations.

Configure, tune, and test Investment Management Solutions and Technology workflows to meet client investment management and operational needs.
- Ensure clients are fully prepared to assume ownership
