Key Responsibilities:
Production and Operations:

Plan, organize, and direct plant operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff, maintenance personnel, and quality control teams.

Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and equipment.

Implement efficient production processes and workflows.

Monitor and control production costs, waste reduction, and energy consumption.
Quality Control and Assurance:

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
