Job Overview:
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer Team Lead to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cyber security along with leadership capabilities to effectively lead a team of cyber security engineers. As a Cyber Security Engineer Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of cyber security measures to protect our organization's systems and data from potential threats.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cyber security engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to safeguard our organization's networks, systems, and data
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks,



and develop mitigation strategies accordingly
- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the development lifecycle of software and systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the cyber security team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture
- Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and incidents, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address them effectively
- Prepare and present reports to management on the status of cyber security initiatives, including key metrics, findings, and recommendations

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of exper
