- In-depth knowledge and testing experience with SAP Omnichannel module, specifically DTOC, IS-Retail and SD area within retail setup.
- Strong understanding of Retail domains
- Good understanding of integration between SAP SD, Sourcing and Logistics modules
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and qTest will be an added advantage
- Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate them into detailed test cases
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
