We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and data validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to validate data pipelines, ETL processes, semantic models, and Tableau dashboards.



This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure business metrics are accurate and reliable. The candidate is also expected to mentor and guide junior analysts by sharing best practices, and providing technical direction, while remaining an individual contributor. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis is also expected.

MN 5x8 – Night/3rd shift (approximately 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

Must-Have Skills
● Advanced SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
