Position: QA Management Representative (MR)

Location: POR Industrial Park, Vadodara, Gujarat

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Reporting To: Managing Director / Plant Head

CTC: ₹5.00 – ₹8.00 LPA (Based on Experience & Qualification)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Management Representative (MR) to establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The role will be responsible for maintaining API Monogram certifications for API 6A, API 16C, API 16AR, and API 20E products, ensuring regulatory compliance,



leading audit programs, managing CAPA processes, and serving as the primary liaison between management, customers, auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.

The incumbent will have the authority to identify quality issues, initiate corrective actions, stop non-conforming activities, and directly report QMS performance to Top Management.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)
- Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Develop and maintain Quality Manuals, SOPs, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
- Monitor QMS effectiveness through KPIs, quality objectives, and process performance metrics.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
