We’re looking for a high-caliber TA professional with strong US Staffing experience who knows how to identify, engage, assess, attract, negotiate with, and close top talent — including passive candidates.
? What You’ll Own
You’ll take ownership of Lumen’s internal hiring and help us build high-performing teams across:
• US IT Recruiters & Senior Recruiters
• Account Managers / Account Executives
• BDMs & Sales Professionals
• Delivery & Operations
• Leadership & other critical internal positions
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–7 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience
✅ US Staffing / IT Consulting industry experience preferred
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Strong salary negotiation and offer-closing ability
✅ Ability to independently manage the complete hiring cycle — sourcing to joining
✅ Experience hiring Recruiters, Sales/BDM, Account Management and leadership talent is highly desirable
✅ Ability to work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers
✅ Strong ownership, urgency and accountability
