As an Inside Sales Representative at WeAssemble, you will play a critical role in generating new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing them into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.




Sales Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls and email communication to determine their needs, and introduce WeAssemble’s products/services.
Product/Service Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to showcase WeAssemble’s IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Accurately track all sales activities in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Closing: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals, negotiate pricing, and overcome objections to secure business.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales processes.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manag
