As a Senior Associate - HR Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR transformation and technology implementation projects for clients, focusing on HRIS implementations, process design, and data validation. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will specialize in providing strategic consulting services to help organizations optimize their workforce and talent management strategies.



You will work closely with clients to analyze workforce trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring others, maintaining qualified and technical standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
