Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager – Weddings & MICE is responsible for driving revenue through wedding, social events, conferences, meetings, incentives, and group business segments. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, converting enquiries into confirmed events, and delivering exceptional event experiences aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize wedding and MICE revenue opportunities.
- Generate business from wedding planners, corporate companies, event agencies, travel partners, and institutional clients.
- Identify potential markets and actively pursue new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation, property visits, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and event confirmation.
- Conduct client meetings, venue tours, presentations, and customized event proposals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with wedding planners, corporate accounts, PCOs, DMCs, and event organizers.
- Drive revenue from weddings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, gala dinners, and social events.
