Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Specialty Chef - South Indian to join our culinary team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our authentic South Indian cuisine offerings, bringing traditional flavors and innovative techniques to create memorable dining experiences. You will lead kitchen operations, mentor your team,



and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety while celebrating the rich culinary heritage of South India.
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes using traditional and contemporary cooking techniques
- Develop and customize menus that showcase regional specialties while accommodating seasonal ingredients and organizational objectives
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation protocols
- Manage food inventory, control costs, and optimize ingredient sourcing from local and regional suppliers
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and operational efficiency
