Position Overview

Ultramet Welds, a leading provider of Flux Cored Wires and other welding wires, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the welding industry,



strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance on welding products and solutions to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
