About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will manage the operational foundation of CaliberMind, Integrate's B2B marketing analytics and revenue-attribution platform: the infrastructure as code, the deployment pipelines, the production access model, the local development experience, and the cloud spend. CaliberMind runs on Google Cloud — GKE, BigQuery, and Dataproc — across roughly 50 services, and your job is to make operating it repeatable. You will report to the Head of Dev & SecOps and work alongside both the CaliberMind engineering team and Integrate's platform group, partnering with IT on authentication and access for corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure as code for a Google Cloud estate — plan-on-pull-request, policy checks, consistent provider versions, and reconciled state — moving applies out of local environments and into automation.
- Migrate deployment pipelines from Google Cloud Build to GitHub Actions, and build the quality and security gates that make a green build meaningful: automated tests, linting, dependency scanning,



and container image scanning.
- Establish immutable artifact promotion, deployment approvals, and reliable rollback across environments.
- Manage the access model for production systems, including cloud IAM and service accounts, Kubernetes RBAC, database and warehouse access, and the platform's roles, entitlements, and single sign-on; coordinate with IT on authentication for corporate systems.
- Establish a dependency and platform upgrade cadence across a multi-language estate (Node/TypeScript, Python, and Scala/Spark), including automated dependency updates and managed database migrations.
- Partner with engineering and finance on cloud cost management, including committed-use discounts, data warehouse capacity planning, and project sprawl.
