Job Position: General Manager – Residential & Commercial Solar Sales

Location: Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Residential & Commercial Solar Sales to lead revenue growth and profitability across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The role will be responsible for driving sales through a robust network of channel partners, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding the company's presence in the Residential and Commercial Solar Solutions market.





The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in channel sales, business development, team management, and strategic planning within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Business Objectives
- Achieve revenue targets of ₹10 Crore in FY 2026–27, ₹15 Crore in FY 2027–28, and ₹25 Crore in FY 2028–29.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, growing from 5–6 Channel Sales Managers to 10–12 Channel Sales Managers over the next three years.
- Expand and strengthen the channel partner network from 100 active partners to 300 active partners across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales and revenue growth through direct and channel sales across Residential and Commercial Solar segments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.
