We are seeking a Scientist, Precision Medicine Quantitative Biomarker Sciences to join our team. In this role, you will support quantitative biology and bioinformatics initiatives through data analysis, data quality control, visualization tool development, pipeline automation, and cross-study data integration.



You will work within established scientific and technical frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to generate high-quality biomarker insights that support clinical development and translational research.

Discover your role:
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and generate updated figures, visualizations, and outputs using different data subsets, groupings, labels, and formatting while maintaining statistical integrity.
- Execute and optimize automated data processing pipelines, perform routine quality control checks, and document execution parameters and outcomes.
- Conduct data and results quality control reviews, generate QC summaries, and facilitate issue resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and publish interactive data viewers using R Shiny, RMarkdown, or Quarto templates for single-study and cross-study data exploration.
- Support cross-study database integration through data standardization, variable mapping, identifier harmonization, data validation, and ETL quality checks.
- Generate balanced Olink randomization
