We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, SAP ECC Payroll, and S/4HANA payroll migration projects. This is an implementation-focused role requiring hands-on experience in payroll configuration, requirement gathering, integration, testing, and end-to-end payroll delivery across global HR transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in full payroll lifecycle implementations, including configuration, unit testing, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and configuration in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environments.
- Configure payroll systems based on provided requirements and perform unit testing and validation.
- Support ECC to S/4HANA payroll migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot payroll schema, PCRs, and resolve payroll-related issues.
