Position Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager- Western Region

Reports To: Director

Job role & responsibilities

Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our standard product range and other customized offering.

Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance/ forecast

All pre & post sales activities – lead to inquiry to order, Dispatch Scheduling & payment follow up.

Lead follow up, inquiry generation, offer making & further follow up until closure of order.

Will require to tour extensively covering designated area for at least 15 days a month to meet with potential and existing clientele and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their requirements, technical challenges and providing applicable solutions.

Expected to provide the initial technical expertise to the customer for the challenge faced and then provide a complete solution in coordination with the design & technical team at HO





Collect the required input from the customer for the technical team at HO to design a solution and recommend the equipment.

Submit quotes to the customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale

Sales Promotion for the products suitable for respective active sectors in the area

Will have to be adept with CRM & ERP software to ensure a smooth operational process flow which warrants customer delight.

Report generation/ MIS on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. In-depth analysis of the customer profitability, revenue targets and forecast

Should have a market insight for the upcoming projects, competitors and their activity including pricing

Expected to have for thorough understanding of the competitors in your area/ region and their activities

Will be responsible for co-ordination between agents/dealers & HO (head office)
