Overview

This role is part of the North America Beverage organization and supports the Commercial team by delivering business-critical reporting, analytics, and actionable insights across Channels, Brands, Customers, and Sales Areas. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, managing data acquisition and validation, analyzing complex datasets, and translating data into meaningful insights that enable data-driven decision-making for Sales Leadership across Sector and Division teams.

As the primary and only dedicated analytics resource supporting the West OTS team, this is a business-critical role responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of day-to-day reporting, operational analytics, and ad hoc business requests. The role also drives continuous improvement through reporting modernization, automation, and the adoption of advanced analytics, helping enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support key commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities




- Support the Commercial function with performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad hoc reporting using internal, shipment/POS, and market data (IRI).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that improve accessibility, visualization, and business agility.
- Leverage Power BI and Data Bricks (must-have) and other analytical tools and techniques to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and actionable business insights.
- Collate, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets across multiple channels, customers, brands, and sales areas to identify performance trends and opportunities.
- Present explicit, concise insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze innovation and portfolio performance to identify opportunities across Channels, Brands, Customers, and Markets.
