Machine Operation and Monitoring:
- Operate the groundnut processing and Color Sortex machines in accordance with established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor the production process, checking for abnormalities, jams, or malfunctions in the machinery.
- Adjust machine settings (such as speed, temperature, etc.) to ensure optimal processing and sorting performance.

Quality Control:
- Ensure that all processed and sorted products meet the specified quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and tests on finished products to check for defects, contamination, or any deviations from quality norms.
- Report any quality issues promptly to supervisors or quality assurance team..

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing machine parts as required. The entire Color Sortex machinery must be cleaned at the end of every shift.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues with machines and notify the maintenance team when necessary.




- Ensure that the work area remains clean and organized at all times.

Production Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and machine downtime, noting any issues, changes, or deviations.
- Assist in generating regular production reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation for traceability and compliance.

Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety guidelines and health protocols, ensuring protected working practices for self and others.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations, ensuring all operations are aligned with company policies and local regulations.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Assist in the training of new operators or other staff members as required.
