Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to enhance the existing business of website development, Digital Marketing & Training for the same, Franchise development
With good communication skills in English, Hindi, Computer basics / DM knowledge
Exposure to grow business of IT Company with Franchise/Networking eco-system, Interns/Industrial training Students mobilization from Colleges/Universities in Job packages etc.. Already having more than 1300 franchise across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaisoning with Universities/Colleges:
Identify and deal to the concerned HOD of Universities/colleges to engage students with CITC - The Hub of IT in internship/industrial training.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential franchise/clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and identify areas for business growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to meet client requirements.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals and targets.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development
