You will take ownership of a broad range of full-cycle general ledger activities across a complex, publicly held business workplace.
The position combines financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting support, accounting policy, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with teams across financial planning, reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury, payroll, and business operations.
A key part of the role is identifying inconsistencies, improving accounting processes, and supporting automation to deliver timely and accurate financial results.
You will also contribute to internal and external reporting requirements, including support for regulatory filings and external audits.

Accountabilities:
- Record and manage general ledger transactions related to software capitalization, payroll, prepaid expenses, debt, insurance, amortization, allocations, intercompany activity, and other corporate accounting areas.
- Record and manage operating expense transactions across business units while ensuring intercompany transactions are accurate and appropriate.
- Research general ledger transactions within subledgers and coordinate with other teams to investigate and resolve accounting questions.
- Take ownership of designated accounts and recurring operational activities, including allocations, benefits, and related accounting processes.
- Prepare account roll-forwards, income statement account analyses, account reconciliations, and other supporting financial analyses.
