Job Description:
The Global freight forwarding Team Leader trains, coaches and mentor’s coordinators to be successful in accomplishing quality and productivity goals. The team leader’s responsibilities include: - resolving queries, break management, error trending analysis, reporting, evaluating team performance, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and ensuring that all coordinators are performing their duties as expected.
The Team Leader will monitor staffing and manage the queue to realign against the turnaround time. They will collaborate with the supervisor to identify department needs and goals.
Judgment and independent initiative may be required to identify, adapt and apply approaches to solve problems. This position monitors the efficiency of processes at their maximum level and ensures process, policy, and procedure changes are administered.

- Should be well versed with Brokerage Systems & Terminologies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and agile environment
