About the Role
The delivery team at ParallelDots focuses on ensuring successful and seamless implementations of our products for our customers globally. We work on a wide variety of complex and challenging projects to ensure that our solutions meet our customers needs and achieve their business goals. We are known for our efficient, flexible, and delightful customer service. We have set ourselves a high benchmark and strive to achieve higher.





Project Managers at ParallelDots pride themselves on ownership, proactive communication and providing an exceptional customer experience at every step. They are leaders who come in and take initiative in driving efficiencies across projects and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Associate Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to execute multiple projects concurrently for our customers.

Understand the business objectives, define the project scope, and create a plan with explicit timelines and deliverables for customers.

Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, project health and progress. Address any deviations from the project plan in a timely manner.

Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure projects maintain forward momentum.
