About the Role
A student can have every skill a company is hiring for and still freeze in the interview, submit a sloppy assignment, or miss what a company is actually testing for — because no one sat with them and worked through it directly. That's the gap this role closes.
You'll run the hands-on work that turns a shortlisted student into a placed one: mock interviews, assignment reviews, doubt resolution, and real-time coaching through every stage of a company's hiring process. The opportunities you're prepping students for,



and the curriculum they're coming from, are Software Engineering roles — SDE, full stack, backend. You need to be someone who can actually solve the problems you're coaching students through, not just explain the process around them.
This is both a strategy & execution-focused role. Your job is to run the prep playbook directly with students — the rejection analysis, hiring intelligence, and process design behind it — and to surface what you're seeing on the ground so that the playbook keeps getting sharper.
Key Responsibilities
- Mock Interviews & Technical Prep: Run mock technical interviews and coding practice sessions with shortlisted students, giving direct, specific feedback on both correctness and communication.
- Assignment & Assessment Guidance: Review student assignments and take-home tests, and coach them through gaps in logic, code quality, or approach before they submit.
