About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Cisco ACI specialist to provide expert-level operational support for global data centre network environments. This role sits within Network Operations and acts as a key escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of Cisco ACI-based infrastructure. The role operates in a real-time, 24x7 setting and requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams

What you’ll do
- Provide expert operational support for Cisco ACI data centre environments, ensuring service availability on a 24x7 basis
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-severity incidents related to Cisco ACI fabric, including tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, VLANs, VXLAN, COOP, VPC, and L3Out
- Configure, operate, and maintain Cisco ACI fabric using APIC controllers
