and activation.

1. Lead
Generation & Prospecting

· Generate
leads through inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, campaigns, referrals,
local networking and assigned databases.

· Identify
and qualify prospects based on location, connectivity availability, usage,
speed and plan requirements.

· Maintain
sufficient qualified opportunities to achieve assigned targets.

2. Customer
Acquisition & Sales Conversion

· Understand
customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband/fiber plans.

· Explain
pricing, speed, offers, installation process, service benefits and applicable
terms accurately.

· Handle
objections, negotiate within approved guidelines and close qualified prospects.

· Achieve
assigned daily, weekly and monthly new-connection targets.

3. Follow-up
& Pipeline Management

· Complete
scheduled callbacks and follow-ups within agreed timelines.





· Maintain
lead status, next action and expected closure date in CRM.

· Re-engage
pending and lost opportunities where appropriate and record reasons for
non-conversion.

4. Fulfillment
& Installation Coordination

· Collect
required customer details and KYC/documentation.

· Raise/hand
over confirmed orders to the installation/technical team.

· Track
installation and activation status until successful completion.

· Keep
customers informed about installation schedules and escalate delays.

5. CRM, Reporting
& Compliance

· Maintain
accurate lead, customer, call, follow-up and sales records.

· Submit
daily/weekly sales and fulfillment reports.

· Follow
approved pricing, process, documentation and customer communication guidelines.

· Do
not make unauthorized commitments on pricing, installation or service.
