Senior Finance Manager – LHH India
The Senior Finance Manager is the financial steward and commercial partner for LHH India, responsible for strengthening financial discipline, enabling informed commercial decisions and supporting the business to achieve its growth and performance ambitions. Working closely with the Country Manager and India Leadership Team, the role owns the India finance strategy, ensures robust planning, reporting and controls, and brings commercial rigor to forecasting, pricing, cost management and working capital.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a finance leader who can operate strategically with senior stakeholders while remaining close to the operational detail needed to improve processes, strengthen governance and scale a growing skilled-services business.

- Reports to VP Finance, LHH APAC
- Dotted line into the Country Manager, LHH India

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
1. Strategic Finance Leadership & Business Partnering
- Develop and own the India finance strategy, aligned to the India business strategy and growth ambitions across CT&M;, Advisory and HR Consulting practices.
- Act as trusted advisor to the Country Manager and finance business partner to the India Leadership Team, bringing financial insight to pricing, investment, practice mix, market expansion and other key commercial decisions.
