Role Purpose

Lead the Business Analytics and Project Management function for Real Bites by building reliable dashboards, improving MIS discipline, tracking cross-functional projects and converting business data into actionable decisions. The role requires a hands-on manager who can manage people, data, automation and senior-management reporting in an FMCG/manufacturing/retail environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A practical, hands-on analytics and project management professional who can independently manage the function, bring structure to reporting, drive cross-functional coordination and help leadership make faster, data-backed business decisions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Analytics and Project Management team for MIS, dashboarding, reporting automation and project tracking.
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Purchase, HR and management reviews.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities,



and present clear insights to leadership.
- Track business projects through timelines, owners, deliverables, dependencies, escalations and closure status.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, clean and structure data for accurate decision-making.
- Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, MS Access, Python, SQL and other analytics tools.
- Support AI, Big Data and digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting speed, data quality and process efficiency.
- Create review decks, action trackers, project dashboards and management reports with solid follow-up discipline.

Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM mandatory/preferred in Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Certifications: MS Office/Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, AI tools, Big Data Analytics, P
