Manager, Delivery Management oversees the delivery of technology projects and coordinates with senior leadership, stakeholders, and other technical teams to drive successful project outcomes and implement best practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversees the planning, development, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards, and align with strategic goals
- Leads the facilitation of Program Increment (PI)



Planning meetings with leadership, product management teams, delivery teams, and business partners
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Leads solution design discussions that provide technical oversight and adheres to Enterprise Architecture standards on complex APIs and/or application integrations
- Orchestrates breakdown of work, sequencing, assignment of tasks, and scheduling multiple work streams
- Manages change control and escalation handling in project/s
- Proposes solutions to overcome delivery impediments; supports issues resolution through creative solutions
- Manages impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership
- May or may not manage and lead a team of Technology Delivery colleagues, enabling a culture of continu
