Lead Generation & Outreach
- Actively source leads through on-ground visits, community outreach, industry events, and coordination with local trade bodies and government agencies.
- Execute lead engagement initiatives such as cold calls, field interactions, and walk-in campaigns to generate qualified prospects.
- Ensure accurate and timely capture of lead data using CRM systems or relevant tracking tools.
- Contribute directly to revenue generation targets by converting qualified leads into active program participants, in alignment with organizational expectations.
- Track and report lead performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis:
- Number of leads generated
- Leads contacted
- Lead conversion or eligibility status
- Revenue generated from onboarded MSMEs

MSME Engagement & Onboarding
- Conduct consistent field visits to identify and engage potential MSMEs in target regions.
- Effectively communicate the perks of the program to prospective MSMEs to encourage participation.
- Assist MSMEs throughout the onboarding process,



ensuring completion of documentation and activation steps.
- Follow up regularly with newly onboarded MSMEs to ensure their integration and active participation in ongoing projects.

Project Facilitation & Support
- Act as the primary on-ground liaison for MSMEs, offering hands-on assistance and addressing operational concerns.
- Provide end-to-end support during events, workshops, or special drives to ensure successful MSME participation.
- Drive inclusion efforts by ensuring active involvement from priority segments, such as Women-Owned Businesses.
- Address MSME concerns efficiently on-site or escalate to the relevant teams for timely resolution.

Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with local associations, chambers of commerce, NGOs, and government departments to amplify outreach.
- Maintain a customer-first approach by understanding MSME challenges and ensuring consistent, solution-oriented engagement.
