Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager – Real Estate (Plot Sales)

Location: Sector 4, Noida

Experience: 2 to 6 years (Land Sales – Real Estate)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: 25k to 40k

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our high- performing real estate team. This role is focused on land sales and offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact deals in a rapidly growing market. The ideal candidate will have robust industry connections, market insight, and the ability to close complex land transactions.

Key Responsibilities:




- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the land acquisition and sales domain.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landowners, investors, clients, and real estate partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identify key growth areas.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, operations, and finance for seamless deal execution.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
