Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet predetermined targets for candidate identification, evaluation, and selection.
- Set and achieve sourcing targets in terms of cost savings, time-to-fill,



and quality of candidates.

Vendor Management and Relationship Building:
- Manage relationships with existing and potential vendors, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations, performance reviews, and provide feedback to vendors for continuous improvement.

Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Building:
- Enhance the company's employer brand in the market to attract top-tier candidates.

Candidate Profile Delivery:
