Job Title: Manager- HR (TA and HRBP)

Department: HR and Administration

Reports to: AVP- HR/ MD

Required Qualification: PGDM/MBA – Human Resources

Preferred Qualification: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B-School

Skill, Knowledge and Trainings:

 Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices including familiarity with recruitment software
 Knowledge of key HR processes and frameworks
 MS Office, Excellent communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills

Area of Operations Key Responsibility

Talent Acquisition





 Liaise with department and understand the business requirement in terms of hiring
 Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process through different sources for hires in alignment with organizational policies.
 Take part in the selection journey from initial scrutiny of profiles to final interview

HRBP
- Collaborates with department heads to understand business targets and design workforce strategies that support them
- Acts as a trusted coach and advisor to managers on team performance, organizational changes, and leadership

Employee lifecycle management

 Execute and manage key ELC milestone from On boarding to Exit for respective employees through HRMS and off-network HR processes HR Business Partnering

 Implement all HR processes, frameworks and initiatives for the workforce
 Drive business performance and productivity through bespoke HR Interventions
 Conduct periodic meetings with department to resolve people challenges & provide HR guidance
 Provide HR policy guid
