This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Operations Lead based in India.

The Finance Operations Lead will own the operational finance processes supporting real estate development and construction projects.
You will sit at the intersection of finance, construction, lending, insurance, and treasury, ensuring capital moves efficiently and accurately.
The role carries end-to-end ownership of project draw management across multiple lenders and active developments.
You will maintain strong lender relationships, monitor debt and insurance obligations, and provide clear visibility into upcoming funding requirements.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify risks early and help prevent funding or cashflow disruptions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organized, financially astute, and comfortable operating in a quick-moving environment.
You will have significant ownership over the systems, processes,



and reporting that keep development finance running smoothly.

Accountabilities

Own the full draw-management cycle across active development projects and multiple lenders, ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Prepare and compile draw packages, including cost certifications, inspection reports, title updates, lien waivers, and other supporting documentation.

Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, contractors, project managers, and development teams to secure timely draw approvals and funding.

Maintain a master draw schedule across the portfolio and proactively identify delays, documentation gaps, funding risks, and budget variances.

Review closing documents, title commitments, settlement statements, HUDs, and related materials to identify discrepancies or potential funding risks.

Serve as the primary operational contact for lenders, managing day-to-day communication
