JD of Sales Head (B2B) -
- Developing strategic plans aligned to company goals.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales
targets and expand customer base.
- A solid knowledge of B2B Sales (CZ Gold Jewellery is a plus) and excellent hold on the domestic market is ideal.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and
achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with
key customers and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
to promote our brand and products
- A good understanding of product development and technical process of manufacturing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports, providing




regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional
strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any
issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance
reviews to support the professional development of the sales team.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Jewellery industry, specifically Gold Jewellery
- Good Understanding of CZ Gold Jewellery (B2B)
- Market - Domestic
- Qualification: B.Com / PG in Marketing
- Strong experience in leading large sales teams and multi-location business operations
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion
- Expertise in sales strategy, marketing execution, business development, and team leadership
