Labcorp is seeking an Senior Investigator Support Assistant to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers, 7th and 8th Floor, Apex Block, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Rotating shift- AM (5:30 AM-2:30 PM)/GS (10 AM-7 PM)/PM (2 PM-11 PM) IST office/hybrid based.
Night shift – Home based.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a key support resource for the Global Investigator Support (GIS) Department, ensuring timely delivery of delegated operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient safety as the top priority in all daily operations and promptly escalate safety-related concerns requiring resolution.
- Manage, organize, and ensure timely communication with investigator sites or their representatives through email, phone, or other approved communication channels.
- Administer and archive daily mailboxes in alignment with defined workflows.
- Provide administrative support to GIS Coordinators, including:
- Preparation and delivery of airway bills and shipping documentation.
- Follow-up on delivery errors in collaboration with relevant departments until resolution.
