This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location

The Software Engineer is an intermediate-level position on the CES Connections engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and testing scalable, cloud-native software solutions that power Syndigo's product data integrations. This role analyzes and solves difficult problems using standard procedures and guidelines and may be accountable for planning and completing projects of medium complexity.



The Software Engineer works independently with moderate supervision while continuing to build knowledge and expertise of the organization and its customers.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Design, develop, and test scalable, cloud-native software applications using established engineering practices, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Build and maintain data import/export components supporting formats such as delimited files, Excel, XML, JSON, and APIs.
- Integrate internal and external systems using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven messaging, and Microsoft Azure services including Blob Storage, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Develop and support secure, performant REST APIs for data ingestion and distribution.
- Implement data mappings and transformation logic to support customer-specific schemas and business rules.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman and existing automated test frameworks.
