Job Summary

We are hiring Relationship Managers - SME LAP for a leading NBFC. The role involves managing the DSA sales channel, acquiring and managing SME/LAP business, developing channel relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned market/catchment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, preferably through the DSA channel, with exposure to ticket sizes ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹25 Crore.

Key Responsibilities

Drive SME LAP / Loan Against Property business through the DSA/channel sales network.

Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors and channel partners.

Generate new business through DSA referrals, market sourcing and relationship building.

Handle loan proposals with ticket sizes ranging from ₹1 Cr to ₹25 Cr.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer interaction,



documentation and coordination with internal teams.

Identify potential SME/MSME customers and generate quality business from the assigned market/catchment.

Maintain solid relationships with existing DSAs and continuously onboard new channel partners.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activity, customer requirements and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in LAP / SME LAP sales.

Strong experience in DSA channel sales and channel management.

-
Must have experience handling ticket sizes of ₹1 Cr to ₹25 Cr.

Candidates must have an NBFC background.

Strong preference for candidates currently working with or having relevant experience in N
