Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Experience in IT services or software sales will be a strong advantage.



This role requires someone proactive, commercially aware, confident in communication, and capable of driving business growth independently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across India.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client business challenges and propose suitable technology/service solutions.
